Vent Bucket is a free space for anonymous public expression and kind conversation, for adults aged 18 and over.

Your contributions

Only post content you have the right to share. You keep your rights to your writing and give us permission to store and display it for the service while it remains on the platform. Don't identify other people, infringe their rights or post illegal content. Follow our ground rules.

Public means public

Other visitors can read, share or copy your contributions. We initially ask search engines not to index individual vents, but we can't guarantee others won't save or repost them. Deleting a vent here cannot erase someone else's copy.

Moderation and review

We may hold, hide or remove content that breaks the rules or raises a safety concern. You can see your statuses and reasons from your words in the same browser. Contact johnhalleyirl@gmail.com with the content link and why you think a decision should be reviewed.

The service

We work to keep the bucket available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Comments are other people's opinions, not professional advice. The private app is an idea under consideration, not an available product or a promise to deliver one.
